Woman charged in fatal hit-and-run in Taunton

The Bristol County District Attorney's Office says police arrested Cecily Kilsby-Munafo on Sunday and charged her with leaving the scene of an accident with death resulting and misleading police.

Authorities say Kilsby-Munafo was driving an SUV that struck a bicyclist at an intersection late Thursday night and then took off.
