Warriors’ Steve Kerr impressed by Clippers
Between his team’s games and practices, Steve Kerr has caught the Clippers a couple of times on NBA League Pass.
The Clippers, riding a six-game winning streak, boast the league’s best record at 9-1.
To put together the best start in franchise history, the Clippers have started pairing potent offense with stingy defense.
Four days after Dallas’ Andrew Bogut and Harrison Barnes faced their former team at Oracle, another key member of the Warriors’ 2015 NBA-title-winning team — Leandro Barbosa — returned to his old home arena.
“It was great to see not only my ex-teammates, it was good to see the people that work in the organization, all the people that work in the arena, so there’s a lot of love,” said Barbosa, who had highlights of his time with Golden State shown on Oracle’s video screen midway through the first quarter Sunday.
In July, after the Warriors added Durant, Barbosa signed a two-year, $8 million deal with the Suns.
