Little River County voters reject library tax

The Texarkana Gazette (http://bit.ly/2fznzwG ) reports that the vote took place during the Nov. 8 general election.

The Quorum Court wanted the libraries to be self-sustaining, and may take the proposal back to voters in the next election in 2018.
