Kamas mayor crashes school bus after suffering heart attack

KAMAS, Utah (AP) — Utah Highway Patrol says the mayor of Kamas suffered a heart attack while driving, causing him to crash an empty school bus into a power pole.

UHP Sgt. Todd Royce says Lewis Marchant was westbound on State Route 150 Monday when he suffered the heart attack, causing the bus to swerve to the right and strike a power pole.
