Kentucky ALCU hiring second full-time attorney

In a release the ACLU says the hiring is an example of its "dedication to utilizing litigation as a tool to combat government encroachment on civil rights."

Executive Director Michael Aldridge says the bigger staff will improve the group's ability to "respond to a wide array of threats to civil liberties."
