Police: 2 teens arrested over California school attack plan

A third student was detained for questioning, Riverside police officer Ryan Railsback told the newspaper.

Riverside police Lt. Christian Dinco urged community members to continue to report suspicious activity to authorities, and said a statement that police and the school district "are thankful we have citizens that stepped forward in this case."
