Saginaw doctor sentenced for fraudulent Medicaid billing

(AP) — A Saginaw doctor who pleaded guilty to charges that he filed fraudulent claims with the Medicaid program has been sentenced to five years of probation.

The attorney general's Health Care Fraud Division first received a complaint that the doctor of osteopathic medicine was filing fraudulent claims with the Medicaid program from 2010-2015.
