LSU designated among the nation's bicycle-friendly campuses

In recent years, LSU has closed off some of the interior parts of its Baton Rouge campus to regular traffic and installed bike racks on its buses and at most buildings around campus.

Louisiana's flagship university also is working with a local community organization to create a bike share program on campus.
