Административной комиссией городского округа Саранск 20 августа 2013 года за нарушение Правил благоустройства территории городского округа Саранск к административной ответственности в виде штрафа в размере 50 тысяч рублей было привлечено общество с ограниченной ответственностью «ЭЛЭР».
