Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson Worried the First Amendment Could “Hamstring” the Government

0

Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson is concerned the FIRST AMENDMENT may “hamstring the Government?”

Yeah, Justice, that’s the point!

I’m Tomi Lahren, more next.

This week the Supreme Court is hearing oral arguments in landmark free speech case “Murthy v Missouri” which alleges the Biden Administration overstepped its bounds and UNCONSTITUTIONALLY coerced social media platforms to censor speech unfavorable to the preferred narrative.

I have a dog in this fight given I was personally targeted by the Biden White House for censorship on Facebook.

I happen to like the First Amendment, but Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson may not share my affinity for it, given she actually said the following to the Louisiana Solicitor General,

“My biggest concern is that your view has the First Amendment hamstringing the government in significant ways in the most important time periods.”

With all due respect, Justice, the PURPOSE of the First Amendment AND the other 9 amendments that make up the Bill of Rights, is to HAMSTRING the government to protect the American people from tyranny!

Someone give Justice Brown Jackson a refresher!
