Vic Tafur’s NFL picks for Week 13
49ers at Bears (-7.5): The Niners delivered for us Sunday, and we think this spread is also too high.
Blaine Gabbert checking it down and not throwing picks is cool with us. 49ERS
Chiefs (-3) at Raiders:
Oakland fans have asked me to keep picking against their team because I had the Raiders losing to the Titans on Sunday.
Bengals (-9.5) at Browns:
Jaguars at Titans (-2.5): The bookmakers don’t make games like these 2.5 just for the heck of it.
Texans at Bills (-3): Can’t see Buffalo running the ball, so I can’t see Buffalo winning.
Ravens at Dolphins (-4): Matt Schaub should have lost last week.
People keep saying that Carolina isn’t as good as its perfect record.
Seahawks (Pick) at Vikings:
With a better defense and running back?
St. Louis is spiraling downward but that spread doesn’t look very inviting for an Arizona team without running backs.
Falcons at Bucs (-1.5): What happened to Matt Ryan and Drew Brees this year? BUCS
Eli Manning should be a sitting duck against the Jets’ defense, and thus probably gets outplayed by Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Broncos (-4) at Chargers:
The Denver defense that I love so much is falling apart player by player, and I think people are a little quick buying the Osweiler jerseys and chucking the Manning ones.
Eagles at Patriots (-9.5): Mark Sanchez against Tom Brady.
Colts at Steelers (-7): Matt Hasselbeck is 4-0.
