It was a shortlived dip to end last week as we seem more loan terms tick up for mortgage rates today. 30-year fixed rates are up to 7.37% which is up from where they ended last week, as are 15-year fixed rates, hitting 6.68%. 5/1 ARM rates dropped slightly to 6.31% and 30-year fixed refinancing is coming in at 7.28%.
