The pages on the two times I participated in the Bermuda Ocean Race (Annapolis, MD to St. Georges, Bermuda) where among the first web pages I published (circa 1999). It's been almost 20 years since I last published the pages. This week I took a look at them and realized they were almost un-viewable. I have reformated both pages (BOR 1986 and BOR 1988).
Added a new page on which I will document possible uses of the LightListManager program.
Hurricane Irma forced me to temporarily abandon Sarah when the Ortega River Marina docks threatened to break up.
Sous Vide is one of those cooking methods I thought I never would adopt, especially for cooking in Sarah's galley. In moment of weakness I ordered the Joule cooker through Amazon.com. Turns out it solved the problem of slow cooking on a boat in the summer plus a few other problems I didn't realize needed solving.
I have created a new page with links to most of the manuals and documentation for the equipment installed or carried on Sarah. This is an ongoing project as it will take awhile to find and upload all of the manuals.
