Trotro Drivers Who Experience Police Corruption More Likely To Break Traffic Laws - Research
Commercial vehicle drivers ( 39;trotro 39; drivers) who experience police corruption are more likely to break traffic laws, according to the finding of a new study by the Africa Institute for Crime, Policy and Governance Research.
