Cleveland police say they expect to charge a 28-year-old woman in the investigation into the remains of two girls found buried in suitcases. A police spokesperson said Thursday the woman was detained after detectives conducted interviews and reviewed evidence. Sgt. Wilfredo Diaz described the woman as a person of interest. Her name hasn't been released. The medical examiner says the girls, between the ages of 8 and 14, are half-siblings. Police recovered the remains on Monday from a field after a dog walker alerted authorities.
