For a few days there, the Brewers were cutting into the Cardinals' division lead. But that late push came to an end Wednesday.
At 6:39 PM on Thursday, Wainwright and Molina stepped onto the warming track from the bullpen gate. Seven minutes and 60 feet, six inches later, Wainwright started a game with Molina … for the 325th time.
