COPS hunting a flasher they described as a “naked fat man with a small penis” say he remains at large – and could have struck again.
Bungling officers were forced to apologise last November after they gave a graphic description of his tiny truncheon.
They were trying to trace the pervert after he performed a sex act in front of a woman student, 20, on a cycle path in York.
In the original appeal, they said he was overweight and had “a small penis with testicles that hang noticeably low” and “little pubic hair”.
They issued a fresh description but have now confirmed they are investigating another similar incident in the city on Monday.
A man matching the description was seen stripping off before performing a sex act on himself in bushes on a footpath.
North Yorkshire Police said the “naked man” approached a woman between Windmill Lane and the University of York at Heslington at about 3.45pm.
SECOND FLASH FEARS
They described him as “white, with pale skin and dark hair, aged in his 20s or 30s, and 6ft or taller”.
He was “wearing a black padded jacket, black trainers and black or grey jogging trousers”.
There was no description of his testicles, or his weight.
A spokesman said: “Officers conducted a full search of the area but were unable to locate the suspect, who is believed to have run off towards playing fields.”
A source said it had not formally been linked to the first case but said similarities would be “explored” as part of the probe.

The perv’s victim, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, said: “He may have said something but I had my headphones in so I didn’t hear but he did look directly at me.
“I’m just concerned because that’s a very studenty area and lots of students have deadlines and walk through there to get to the library all the time.”
She urged: “Students, be particularly careful and please don’t walk there at night.”
