Dressed in a light blue jumper and black jeans, the 75-year-old smiled for the camera as the he and his daughter spent the afternoon together.
The shot was posted on Georgia half-sister Jade, 47, official Instagram account, which she captioned with: “FridAy is family day #lunchtime with sister and dada @georgiamayjagger and @mickjagger in the sunshine loving the aubergine locks @bleachlondon and breakfast soup and the picnic bag @miumiu”
Georgia, 27, looked sensational in a pair of eye-catching stripe trousers and a white blouse, which she teamed with bright purple hair.
The rocker underwent heart valve replacement surgery back in April this year after cancelling a series of gigs.

The legendary band postponed their upcoming North American stadium tour to allow Sir Mick to undergo medical treatment.
He announced he would not be able to take to the stage as planned after a routine scan alerted doctors to an issue which could require treatment.
He said: “I hate letting our fans down and I’m hugely disappointed to have to postpone the tour but am looking forward to getting back on stage as soon as I can.”
Whilst the band added in a further statement: “Mick Jagger has been advised by doctors that he cannot go on tour at this time as he needs medical treatment.
The doctors have advised Mick that he is expected to make a complete recovery so that he can get back on stage as soon as possible.”

Not long after the operation the father-of-eight reassured fans that he was “feeling much better” after undergoing a heart valve procedure.
He tweeted at the time: “Thank you everyone for all your messages of support, I’m feeling much better now and on the mend – and also a huge thank you to all the hospital staff for doing a superb job.”
It was previously reported that the Satisfaction singer is aiming to be back on stage with the Rolling Stones by the summer.
