Andrew invests in making sure all students are progressing. Even over the summer, he was sending out math packets. He works with students outside of class if they need it. He is constantly mentoring young men. His room is a space for learning as well as relating. He really represents strong leadership to young people.

Mrs. Hoover teaches Film Literacy, Drama, Speech, and World Literature at Anthony Wayne High School. In addition to her course load, she is active in the school community outside of the classroom advising the Thespian Society along with producing and directing both fall and spring musical productions; which is always a hit!

Don’s leadership of the Theatre Department at Northview High School is nothing short of phenomenal. This fall, our musical was again selected as an All-State show.

Katherine is dedicated to Clay High School and to her students. She works tirelessly to create an environment where every student in her room is able to be successful. Her lesson plans, classroom activities and homework assignments are challenging and thought-provoking. Her work ethic is second to none and she is constantly pushing her students to reach their full potential.
