Saying she was “the vehicle” that put 4-year-old Aaliyah Smith “in the most horrible of horrors,” Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Ruth Ann Franks Tuesday sentenced the woman who had legal custody of Aaliyah to the maximum term of 180 days at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio.
