COLUMBUS — As he repeatedly promised, Gov. Mike DeWine on Tuesday vetoed a bill championed by fellow Republicans that he says would unconstitutionally infringe on the ability of his and future administrations to respond to emergencies such as the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
