COLUMBUS — State lawmakers have approved a bill requiring the state to get more aggressive in locating Ohioans who have dollars from forgotten bank accounts, insurance refunds, and other sources among more than $3 billion the state is sitting on.

Donna Niehous, who volunteered for museums and good causes, at home and abroad, and offered support to her husband in his career, died Dec. 3 in her Ottawa Hills home. She was 91.
