Bill would penalize governments for supporting abortion services

COLUMBUS — Taking a page from how Ohio punishes local governments who insist on operating traffic cameras, Rep. Josh Williams (R., Sylvania Township) this week introduced a bill to withhold state subsidies from governments that directly or indirectly support abortion.
