A recent investigation has found that the British army operated rules of engagement in Iraq and Afghanistan that sometimes allowed soldiers to shoot unarmed civilians. According to the probe, soldiers serving in the two countries were at one point told that they had permission to shoot anyone acting in any way suspiciously.

Player A has 2 caddies and after 12 holes is 6 up having won 9 holes and the opponent (player B) had won 3 holes. Now player B realizes A has 2 caddies and makes a claim. At this point A loses all 9 holes he had won and B is now 12 up meaning he won the Match.
There has to be something wrong in this scenario...
