Gold futures log lowest finish in 3 weeks

Gold futures settled at their lowest since mid-October on Tuesday, below the key $1,500 mark for the first time in nearly a week. Strength in the U.S. dollar and bond yields, along with recent record highs in U.S. benchmark stocks indexes, sent prices for the haven metal down for a third straight session. MILAN (Reuters) - INWIT, the mast group controlled by Telecom Italia , still expects to wrap up a deal with Vodafone to merge their tower infrastructure in Italy in the first part of next year, INWIT's head said on Tuesday.
