Mnuchin says details of China trade deal will be released next month

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Thursday that the details of the previously announced "phase one" trade agreement with China would be released in early January. "It is just going through what I would consider to be a technical legal scrub," Mnuchin said, in an interview on CNBC. There are no open issues to be resolved, he added.
