Sold a blues related item on ebay £30. Posted the following day 1st class signed for and uploaded tracking details. Obviously the buyer would have received both the order confirmation and despatch emails from ebay plus one from PayPal with all this information. The buyer then enquires about a similar blues related item a few days later. Sold a fair bit of stuff on ebay over the years, mostly MTB or PC components, but no way on Gods Green Earth are they having my bank account details.
My ebay account was hacked a few years back by crooks who scammed people by selling (non existant) cheap Dyson vacs over the 3 days I wasn't online. I was getting actual death threats for weeks later off irate berks who fell for it.
Imagine if they had have had access to my bank account as well?
