The Harken bullseye fairlead, attached to a stainless plate, that is bolted to the deck aft of the forward hatch cracked and failed. The harken bullseye looks to be standard, but it appears to be riveted in place with a solid rivet. Anyone have a good way to attach a new one to the same plate? These are not pop rivets, but look to be long solid rivets that become flush with the underside of the plate to allow a deck flush mount.
