A Wisconsin village moved to its backup polling site after a gunshot was fired outside its primary voting location. Dane County Clerk Scott McDonell says voting was closed for about an hour and a half on Tuesday in the Village of Brooklyn while elections officials moved to a public works building a half-mile away.
