Bharti Airtel has announced a merger with Dialog and Axiata Group in Sri Lanka. Under the agreement, Dialog will acquire all shares of Airtel Lanka, and in exchange, Bharti Airtel will receive ordinary voting shares equivalent to 10.355% of Dialog's total issued shares.
