THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Northern winds could gust up to 35MPH in western portions

of the San Joaquin Valley. Sustained winds are expected to be

15-25MPH.

* WHERE...Western portions of the San Joaquin Valley in central

California.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 10 PM PST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree

limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
