Nigeria still asking for deposed Niger President’s release—Minister

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Tuggar, has stated that Nigeria will continue to engage with the government of the Niger Republic to ensure the release of the country’s deposed President, Mohamed Bazoum. The PUNCH reports that former Nigeria’s Military Head of State, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar (retd.), said in August that Bazoum told the delegation
