Former cricketer Deep Dasgupta believes Rishabh Pant could be considered as a potential successor to MS Dhoni in the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) team for the 2025 IPL season. Despite ongoing recovery from a car accident, Pant is expected to captain Delhi Capitals in the 2024 IPL season. Dhoni has officially announced his return to lead CSK in the upcoming 2024 season.
