Meghan Markle spotted in promotional hat for charity tennis tournament in honour of her friend Kelly McKee Zajfen's son who died aged 9 last year

The Duchess of Sussex , 42, opted for a cap in honour of George Zajfen, who died aged nine last year. Meghan has been a long-term friend of George's mother  Kelly.
