Bulgaria’s FC Hebar appeals to fans for cash to pay player wages after municipality ends its support
December 7 – Bulgarian side FC Hebar Pazardzhik is asking his fans and local companies for financial support to keep the club going after the Municipality of Pazardzhik pulled its funding.
The Pazardzhik Municipality has been the club’s principle source of finance for a number of years but after the local elections in Bulgaria last month, financial support was ended.
Heber competes in the first tier of Bulgarian football and currently lies 12th in the 16-team division
Heber’s management in an open letter to fans and local businessmen appealed for help to meet the wage bill of about 60 players and staff over the next two months before,
