The Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor has emphasised that all the lithium that will be mined in Ghana will be refined before exported. Addressing a press briefing in Accra on Thursday, December 7, he said this is why the mining lease government signed with Barari DV Ghana Ltd includes a provision for the building of a refinery.
