Pune's property registrations increased by 6.7% in November, reaching 14,607 units and a combined value of Rs 13,342 crores. The city recorded a 9.2% growth in registrations compared to 125,702 registrations in the same period last year. Stamp duty collections also increased by 10%, reaching Rs 4,779 crores in November.
