Firstly, if you struggle with “hangxiety”, try taking magnesium before bed.
This will help keep any anxiety at bay the next day.
If you struggle with nausea on a hangover, it’s a good idea to take some B vitamins before you start drinking.
“Drinking drains B vitamins from your body which is what causes nausea,” Dr Hoops explained in her TikTok video, as she held a tub of B6 and another of B12.
Another thing that can help prevent nausea or vomiting is to take vitamin C before you start drinking.
There are tonnes of different vitamin C products on the market, with Dr Hoops recommending the Zooki pouch.
Water is obviously a massive help if you’re feeling a bit worse for wear when you get in.
But you can make it even more effective by “adding some electrolytes in the mix” which helps to “multiply hydration levels”.
Something like the Phizz tablets can work a treat.
Concluding her rundown, Dr Hoops shared a snap of the Hangcure Rebound supplement.
“Or if you are lazy like me, you can get an all in one blocker like this one,” she said, noting that it “has everything mentioned in it”.
“Take two before you start drinking ad then two more before you go to bed for best results,” she added.
“Works so well”.
Others used the comments section to share their own hangover busters.
“Bottle of Lucozade sport before bed,” one wrote.
As another added: “Milk thistle is the one!”
“Or just get a KFC like a big girl,”a third commented.
“Milk Thistle capsules worked for me! Take one before you start drinking and another before you go to bed, no hangover in the morning!”
“One of each please,” someone else said.
“Saved a few souls at our Christmas party last weekend, will try again!” another commented.
