A fuming pensioner then held his crutch in the air while zooming towards the other man, forcing him to leap out of the way and tumble to the ground.
Oak Leigh, who watched the row unfold, said the angry pasty lover then started “taking it out” on other people.
She said: “They were arguing because he had the last pasty from the bakery and then bumped into him.
“He was taking it out on a few people there.”
In footage of the row, the mobility scooter driver can be heard shouting can be heard while swinging around a crutch.
He then starts motoring along the street towards a man.
As the scooter gets closer to the pedestrian, he tries to fend off the driver – appearing to use his arms to push the man away.
But the driver keeps going, and as the man tries to jump out of the way he is forced into a sign.
He then falls back towards a window and ends up tumbling backward and onto the ground.
People can then be seen rushing to help the man, who looks to be struggling to get up off the concrete.
