Besides Warburg Pincus, Chicago-based investment firm Creation Investments Fusion, Llc, which is also a part of the promoter group, may as well sell part stake. The total number of shares on offer is 93.5 lakh, and the floor price for the same has been set at Rs 535, reports said.
