Mahindra is set to invest Rs 875 crore in Classic Legends Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of the company that produces popular motorcycle brands Yezdi and Jawa. The investment will be made through subscription to CCPS and equity, with an additional Rs 350 crore coming from existing shareholders and new investors.
