Pamplona in downtown Lafayette, Louisiana is one of the three restaurants in the state that participate in the 'Miracle' pop-up at Christmas time. It transforms into what I would imagine the inside of Santa's mancave looks like. Everything down to the glassware the holiday cocktails are served in is spilling over with Christmas cheer.
