The General Jurisdiction Court 13 presided over by His Lordship Joseph Adu-Owusu Agyeman has dismissed a petition by Oliver Vormawor pleading with the court to dismiss a case brought against him by Honourable Albert Kan-Dapaah, Minister for National Security.
