The Supreme Court on Thursday granted six weeks to the Centre to frame guidelines for the search and seizure of digital devices by law enforcement agencies. A division bench headed by Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul reiterated its concern over the delay caused by the Centre in framing the said guidelines.
