Defence minister Rajnath Singh said "the Speaker-ordered" inquiry will come out with ways to prevent such incidents and pointed out (just as the Speaker did) that "similar incidents" had happened from the gallery of the old Parliament building too. Singh asked all MPs to be cautious in future about whom they recommend for visitors' passes.
