"The MoU would contribute significantly to strengthening Commercial opportunities in the high tech sector," an official statement said. The Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, approved the MoU between the two countries to enhance innovation ecosystems through an innovation handshake, it said.
