OSBI request public help to identify a man at Chandler Walmart

CHANDLER, Okla. (KFOR) - The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who was last seen at Walmart near North Industrial Road and East First Street in Chandler, Oklahoma.
