M&S shoppers are going wild for Jo Malone candle dupes that are just as ‘long lasting’ but are a whopping £60 cheaper
THERE’S nothing better than cosying up on the sofa with a festive film playing and a candle flickering in the distance.
But if you’re a fan of Jo Malone’s luxurious candles but not the price tag that goes with them, then you may just want to listen up…
That’s because shoppers have been going wild for M&S’ ‘Library of Scent’ range, which they claim are convincing dupes that are just as long lasting but are a whopping £60 cheaper.
While the high-end Jo Malone candles retail at £70, the £10 M&S replicas have been branded the “scent of Christmas” by impressed shoppers.
Customers have drawn striking comparisons between Jo Malone’s popular £70 Myrrh & Tonka Candle and the must cheaper M&S alternative, ‘Frankincense & Myrrh Scented Candle,’ with one delighted customer even branding it a “Christmas must-have.”
The fragrance combines notes of myrrh and frankincense with fresh orange and warm clove to create a scent that is both sweet and spicy.
Meanwhile, the elegant two-wick design is presented in a frosted glass container complete with a lid for a stylish look – and is perfect for bringing an extra-special seasonal touch to your home this festive season.
The high-street store’s ‘Library of Scents candle’ range also includes dupes for other popular Jo Malone candles.
The Lime, Bergamot & Mandarin Scented Candle has been compared to Jo Malone’s £56 Lime, Basil & Mandarin candle, while the Pomegranate Candle has been likened to Jo Malone’s popular Pomegranate Noir candle – also £56.
And with such a bargain price tag, it’s little surprise shoppers have been rushing online to leave five-star reviews.
“I love to get good candles at Christmas or anytime of the year and this one surpasses all,” wrote one.
