The 3 most disagreeable betting lines of NFL Week 16: Falcons are nobody's favorite after losing to Panthers

If you lose to the Carolina Panthers, you don’t get to be favorites over anyone else. I’m sorry, those are just the rules — or at least they should be.

Atlanta hit absolute rock bottom Sunday, falling behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New Orleans Saints in the NFC South division race all because they couldn’t muster more than seven points against the Panthers.

Now, the Falcons are turning to Taylor Heinicke (again) in an effort to get back in the win column against the 8-6 Indianapolis Colts — winners of five in their last six — and BetMGM is actually giving Atlanta the slight edge at -1. I couldn’t disagree more.
