An actor sued CAA for not protecting her from Harvey Weinstein. Now, the agency wants the claims dismissed

Actor Julia Ormond alleged that she was assaulted by Harvey Weinstein in 1995. She claimed that her talent agency, CAA, was negligent and failed to follow its fiduciary duties. CAA on Tuesday asked a judge to dismiss the claims.
